I have facing back aches problem from last month, when i sit for study for long time i felt back pain then this pain spread over shoulders and neck. Please tell me about solution.

please use back support cushion while studying and angle between your lumbar area and hip must be 90 degrees ... your back spine must be in erected position while sitting on chair ... for further back muscles problems visit nearest physical therapist or take online sessions by physio through marham ...

It's probably happening because of the stiffness of muscles in your back.
Try improving your posture, lie prone for a while. Take moist heat and keep those muscles mobile. Don't keep the same posture for long hours.
if problem still persists, See a Physical Therapist.

It can be due to many problems... Can be postural issue, can be due to overweight, can be because of chair or area where u sit etc. We have to do full assessment for that you must get physiotherapy.

Asalamoalikum , that might be due to mal posture or muscular spasms, both are common in those who work or study in such positions that are not appropriate for a healthy person, one should focus on postural correction and spasms (if any) him/herself or consult a therapist... Regards

Avoid long sitting and bad posture specially during studies. Dnt fatigue yourself, take breaks while studies or other long duration activities. In physiotherapy you can get more cure and satisfaction than taking medicine

It may be due to incorrect posture or muscular spasm . Try to correct ur posture and move ur neck for a short while almost after every 15 min while studying. Fully support ur back and neck region. If u feel still pain u can consult with good physiotherapist.
