any physiotherapist should not prescribe exersie without physically consulting a patient because we don't know how much damage appears in person, bones, or muscles.It is not a comment it's only an observation I want to share with you that I observe in different patients .I think i should share.

it is because of your posture you should get physically checked up by a Physiotherapist...a little streching exercises will help in shaa Allah but it depends which muscles are involved mainly
work on your posture correction, adjust your chair and desk height according to your sitting and increase your water intake. also take little breaks between work and do simple body stretches/ mobility. if not worked then for further you need proper posture and muscles assessment by a good Physiotherapist.
