u have cervical radicuolopathy...pls visit consultant physiotherapist and get TENS US and IR therapy along with manual upper nad lower cervical traction. u will get better.
pain medications are useless for u these only will destroy ur stomach
i have seen X ray and use contore pillow from any foam shop.
do not overuse cell phon with neck flexion
Go to a consultant physiotherapist and check for radiculopathy or trigger points. And also get advise on your vitamin D levels.
Physical assessment is needed plz vist a good physiotherapist
avoid neck flexions. and over head movements.
