it's on your neck health if you are doing well not in very pain then go for stretching and strengthening exercises but if you're suffering from pain then firstly go for pain management and only Range of motions of neck only then after some days when ranges will fine u'll proceed to stretching
And yes for memory do regular walk and cardio it's helps alot

Neck stretches are best along with isometrics doing certain brain exercises for example playing memory card puzzles game would be best.
Consult with physiotherapist for neck to see what is underlying conditions that affect neck and then plan will be given.. For memory play games that enhance your brain activity..

aoa beta first of all find out the cause of neck pain ?y neck is hurting at such young age.. and u can go for cycling or join gym for basic strength training n stretching of muscles specially neck muscles.if pain persists go to see a physiotherapist...
Basic core stability exercises and light strength training
Walk is best for your health as a whole. 45-50 minutes would be good
If you are healthy young adult and there is no past medical hisory/comorbidities present then you can go for 40-50 minutes walk/jogg/cycling/swimming/physical games atleast or you can do aerobics exercises as well. They do really help you. As you are in your early adulthood so it's good to go for active lifestyle.
For neck pain stretches and isometrics are good along with proper posture and prevention.

Do some stretching of neck and also maintain a good water intake. Use neck support while driving and while using your phone. And for your general health practice 5 exercise daily:
1 cobra stretching
2 bridging
3 squatting
4 hams Stretching
5 30 mints of joging
Walk daily in the morning for atleast 30 minutes and stretching krni cahiy neck pain k liay . Is k ilawa agr phone zada use krty hy ya neck zada jhoka k koi km krty hyn to us se avoid kryn ta k pain na ho . THANKYOU
