very useless answers. i do know where should i go and i have already visited icp..ipp..transformation and many more clinics. sorry to say no one has given proper reply. i better know that i have to consult with psychologist dats y i m asking here if there is anyone from karachi but mostly Lahore people are answering which is useless for me
