Gym chory 1 saal ho gya ha.... wesy mera masla ab jym jany ya na jany sy nhi ha... ma jau b to chest wesy he rehti ha... agar chest ke exercise kr lu to zyada gubaar ajata ha (zyada increase ho jati ha).

My health is good but the problem is only of chest. The fat in chest. I want to get back it in normal. Is it possible to decrease it by using any medicine as it was increased by the medicine? Any reaction of this medicine please?

I wrote that i had used capsules while doing jym. And later on leaving the jym and the use of capsules, my chest is in fat now. The problem is the fat in chest only. I hope this is clear now.

Aoa, for that you have to go for gym instructor he will guide you best regarding this moreover, if you wanna lose weight than you have to go for less weight lifting with more reps and if you want a bulky body and to increase muscle size then you should lift more weight with less repetition.
To normalize your chest Control your diet plus You have to walking , jogging at the morning so that your muscle can come at the normal Tone . As well as you have to do push Ups and Chin ups for it .
you have to visit any Physiotherapist for proper assessment along with record of ur medication. only thn he/she can give u proper exercise plan.

Did you include any weight training exercises in your workout?
Asalamoalaikum! I think u should do pectorals exercise as it's a muscle of chest. On other hand u should contact ur gym trainer and should take healthy diet... Further can tell u after doing ur assessment.

I'm from Sialkot. I have already tried to resolve this issue by doing exercises but this is not resolved yet. There is a fat in chest from when i used capsules
