Knee cap still displaced. Knee ka xray karwayen and visit opd with xray. They'll guide you better.do not do any exercises without consult prescription you may injured your knee cap. Behtar hai physically assesed karwayen uske baad jo btaya jata hai usko follow karen
Muscular Stiffness ki wjja sy movement restricted hy.. Proper Physiotherapy session required hn.. Stretching Exercises followed by Heating pad are recommended.
