last year, I had knee injury while playing a football. and i was doing some massage with olive oil daily. and gradually it had fine and i was feeling comfortable. but sometimes when i had running , suddenly starting too much pain on my knee.. and i was feeling that my knee bone break. but yesterday when i woke up , i can not straightened my leg. and if i was trying to straight it then i was feeling to much pain .. even i cant stand and cant walk. please tell me , what should i do right now

Yours knee injury needs a proper palpation and inspection. Most expectedly, you are having injury of ligament. Thats why you are unable to flex or extend yours knee.

Aoa you need complete assessment then diagnosis for your knee problem. There is chance of microfibres tear of knee muscle. Till then you can apply ice for 2 to 5 min on area of pain 4times a day.

get a x-ray of ur knee,,and consult a Orthopaedic or u can consult a Physiotherapist nearby u?

get your knee x-ray and MRI scan

It might be knee ligamentous injury get a knee MRI done and consult a good orthopaedic surgeon specialised in sports injuries
It might be a Miniscal or any ligamentous injury.
Keep your leg in resting position as the running might exagerate the pain
Consult your nearby Orthopaedic & if the injury is mild he will refer you to the PhysioTherapist that will help you to rehab your Knee joint
