i will suggest to have a checkup with a physiotherapist near to you. who can do physical assessment to rule out any under lying cause of heart issue. the problem can also be arise from neck but it can be diagnosed with physical assessment

Kuch physiotherapy exercise jo pain relief mai madad dai sakti hai
Wall push-ups: دیوار کے سامنے کھڑے ہو جائیں اور اپنے بازوں کو لمبا کرکے اپنے ہاتھوں کو دیوار پر فلیٹ رکھیں۔ آہستہ آہستہ اپنے کہنے جھکیں اور اپنی چھاتی کو دیوار کے قریب لائیں۔ پھر اپنی شروعاتی جگہ پر واپس پوہنچیں۔
Repeat for 10-15 times۔
Arm circles: بازوں کو سیدھے سیدھے سامنے کی طرف بڑھا کر خط کے متوازی کھڑے ہو جائیں۔ آہستہ آہستہ اپنے بازوں کے ساتھ چھوٹے حلقے بنائیں اور دیر تک اس حرکت کو جاری رکھیں، آہستہ آہستہ حلقوں
