This could be restless leg syndrome you should elevate your legs when you are on bed and if it is getting worse you must consult doctor for proper examination and assessment
increase your fluid intake, at night make it sure to have pillow under legs to elevate them. agr is k bad b pain rehta to get you screening done and a proper medical chekup
