I leave in village of punjab (bhakkar) l requist to u plz guide me treatment without surgery. I check many doctor they aer all give me painkiller madicene . but my problem not solved.

I traevling on bike regulor ,100km per day a year ago. little pain in my lower back i take some painkiller then i ok. But one month ago a very serious pain in my back. I had can not walk 2 weaks. But i take bed rest 2 weak and painkeller madicene consultant Dr. Naeem Qasoori . after that when i sit ,or stand a huge pain in back. When i stand long time a pain in my uper butks.

You should need to visit a consultant physiotherapist so he will asses you because you need to resolve the underline cause (disc slip) and painkiller etc will just subside your pain maximum for hours. If you did your MRI lumber spine send me i will tell you either your problem will cover with physiotherapy or not.
