Firstly, go for ECG to rule out any cardiac cause , if it’s normal than visit a physiotherapist for assessment while a question arises arm pain k lyey you don’t have to go for lower back X-Ray , rather it can be neck Xray . however , if neck vertebrae is the cause it can be tested manually .
