AOA dr sahban after covid my neck muscles become so weak i m stragule to stand my neck not pain but spasm and difficulty in movment.... Pls no dr understand and treat...... Now along with neck mouth muscle TMJ joint also hurt some time difficulty to speak cant open mouth full.... Plz explain why my neck is behaving like this
