If u have all the systemic causes clear like liver, pancrease and
gallbladder then the pain might be due to intercoastal tightness. It can be
evaluate by deep breathing. If u have pain or difficulty in deep breathing
then it can be intercotal tightness. What physiotherapy have u taken
already?? Thanks

Dear
You must visit to nearby Neuro physician for this problem.
It's looking to be due to nerve entrapment..
thanks

Any history of accident, trauma or any injury at that area?
Is your sleeping posture normal?
Which activities increases your pain or which activity decreases?
I also want to know your movement pattern. Which movements are limited?

If it is easy for you to visit, you can.
Or if you want home based facility that is also available....

No such history of any trauma that could cause pain in the defined area
The pain increases when I lie flat on my back and while sitting
If I stand up and keep working, I don't feel any pain

No, I never feel that my shoulder blades aren't connected, my movement is fine but I feel heaviness on the right side compared to the left back side
My weight is 74 Kg, I'm lean and my height is 5'6"

OK Dear.
According to my assessment, it seems that you are having hypomobility that have restricted some of your movements and are causing you pain.
You can have physiotherapy treatment which includes soft tissue and joint mobilization, some of the relaxation techniques also.
This can only be done by a professional.
You can visit or can have home based service also.
Thank you.
