Please get an MRI done for your cervical spines without contrast, looks like its a nerve root compression because of the cervical disc issues, need ro rule out specially if you feel weakness in arm

First you do a Cervical Spine MRI because numbness is due to the Disc Compression. In MRI you will confirm where the compression is. After you confirm from MRI you Will go to the Physiotherapist for treatment.
