I am facing severe pain from my left shoulder to my index finger I also have numbness in my hands at times this pain does not go away with and generalized painkiller or NSAIDS I feel like my left arm is getting very weak I do not have any kind of physical injury to my left arm i do not left up any heavy stuff

Please get an MRI done for your cervical spines without contrast, looks like its a nerve root compression because of the cervical disc issues, need ro rule out specially if you feel weakness in arm
