Assalam u alikum Mere abu ki leg mn bht pain hai 1 month se jab bhi woh walk krte hain tu pain hta hai waisey sitting ya bending postion mn.nhn hota pain. pain pore leg mn move hta hai aur feet aur toes mn pullness aur jalan hte hai. hm ne orthopedic ko dekhya but masla solve nhn howa.kia muscle masla hai ya joint ka ya mere abu ko lag raha kahein artery/vein mn koi blockage na ho kyun keh woh bp, sugar patient hain aur unke heart beat bhi slow hai. kindly guide kr dein hmn kuch samjh nhn araha kes se consult karain. Please consult a cardiologist first. Then go for physiotherapy for muscle pain.
you need to consult a competent physiotherapist for complete evaluation and assessment for this issue. It can be due to multiple reasons, most probably neuro muscular pain. well you can visit me as well

unhoon ne loprin tablet use ke hai usse kuch farq para hai but hmn hm pershan hain kahein heart related koi issue na ho.

w.salam !u should first check to cardiologist and after his opinion u should visit physiotherapist for muscular and joint pain.because patient health is our first priority and team work of doctors are alwaz beneficial for patient.
Wa alikum slam...first of all go for his MRI and send me report... He might have any nerve compression or disc bulge at some level.
If there is any change in skin color or not?
