I get neck pain few days back its not going away it often moves from neck joint to right sholder joint and rarely it moves to right arm back wing it once happened me 2 years back when i needed to travel very often and this time it started. While i was doing some excerise it was gone after few days and now 3 4 ago it started again attaching a pic for reference marked points are points where it travel mostly its in neck or in shoulder

you need to focus on your posture while sitting and lying(what kind of pillow you use in your routine) and then every time after doing some activities like desk works etc, you must stretch your upper limb,you can get multiple exes from YouTube as well with detailed description but for detailed treatment i suggest you to get regular physical therapy sessions after detailed assessment.
being a physiotherapist i will Not Recommend any kind of modalities like hot pack infrared etc and will better suggest you to Consult with any nearby Manual therapist and chiropractic to ease your pain permanent.And for our physio electro theraphy sea bahar awo did you become physiotherapist for just electro theraphy..?
