Asking for Mother, Female, 59 years old, Multan
Hello Doctors, 2 months ago my mother got a severe electric shock in her right hand. She has been seeing a physiotherapist since then and exercising as recommended. ECG, heartbeat, and blood pressure are normal. The pain is severe as she wakes up in the morning and decreases afterward during the day. Pain also becomes severe whenever she sits under AC. Please put some light is there any issue with tendons. Thank you!
electric shock like feeling present neurogenic pain. it might be from cervical spine or it can be as due to carpal tunnel syndrome etc. Competent therapist needs to evaluate the issue through physical assessment.
After this incident may b there is issues related to neurological problems r cervical compression you must consult some competent physiotherapist for evaluation.

Seems to be tendond injury or muscle injury but assessment is necessary for diagnosis
it can be due to CTS or there might be cervical compression. an evaluation of physiotherapist is needed through consultancy of PT

First of all, don't panic. it happens normally after electrical shock accidents.
It looks like a neurological disorder caused by electrical shock. Kindly consult an orthopedic for any prescription of medication and then to a competent physiotheraist for further treatment.
