ALLAH SWT SEHAT DEN AMEEN SUM AMEEN
As you mentioned k abi wo hospital admit hain to I believe unki physiotherapist assessment and exercises chal rahi hongi. Khorak ki naali lagi hui hy to exercise krwate hue khayal rakhain. Unke physiotherapist se aik dfa acha se exercises smjh lain or phir din me har 2, 3 ghanty bad unhain exercises krwate rhain.
Plus, kisi nutritionist se consult kr k unke liye concoction bnwa lain jo ap khorak ki naali se unhain de skain. Nutritional deficiency aise cases me bht common hoti hy jiski wjah se improvement slow hoti hy.
Hope she feels better soon.
She need proper assessment before any recommendation.
consult with neuro physician on priority (add on medication which helps with brain cells, circulation and health overall). then go for physio and speech therapy accordingly. as per her condition and reports, this needs proper assessment and then treatment plan or exercise plan (in this type of patients mostly bed mobility exercises passively/ active assisted or active and so on further) and also needs a alot of precuations side py side.
consult with neurophysicain along with neurophysiothreapist along with speech therapist
you will consult best physiotherapist and also consult with speech therapist Inshallah your mother get well soon ..
You you must have to consult with neurophysician. All (CVA patients) stroke patients need physiotherapy along with speech therapy but after recommendation from neurophysician.
first of all remove her from nishtar and take her to any good private hospital if you want to save her. secondly don't skip medicines. medicine of heart and blood are very important. if she has diabetes control that too. book ur physio right now if you want fast recovery..it will take her month or two.
It's a case of CVA multidisciplinary approach needed side by side a neurophysician, physiotherapists and a speech therapist for early recovery keep monitoring her bp and continue the same medicine prescribed by your doc.For online appointment you can contact via Marham platform.
CVA. proper physiotherapy recommended.
visit me at Raffah-e-Am hospital shadbagh Lahore 7pm-10pm.
in your mother's case i recommend you to book a physio for home visit services.
I'm really sorry to hear about your mother's condition. It sounds like she has experienced a stroke, which has led to paralysis on her right side. Here are some steps and treatments that might help in her recovery:
### Medical Treatment
1. **Medications**: Depending on the underlying cause, medications such as blood thinners, antiplatelet drugs, or anticoagulants might be prescribed to prevent further strokes.
2. **Physical Therapy**: This is crucial for regaining movement and strength. A physical therapist can guide specific exercises to improve mobility and function.
3. **Occupational Therapy**: Helps in adapting to daily activities and improving fine motor skills.
4. **Speech Therapy**: Since she is having trouble speaking, a speech therapist can assist in improving her communication skills.
