according to the present condition the patient should be treated with TENS, hotpack then RANGE OF MOTION exercises..and should be increasing the repetitions and ranges day by day. patient should also be treated with good muscles strengthening and muscle power so after sometime he is able to perform his ADLS. in the end gait pattern should also be worked on
