Hello you can visit your nearest physical therapy clinic for postural assessment and learn the posture correction strategy there. there are many ways you can fix it. but it's better get it checked from a professional.
this kind of posture can lead to multiple health related issues in later life. don't take it for granted. Posture correction if done properly can take 3 to 4 weeks with visible difference.

A forward head and rounded shoulders posture which you seem to have is a common issue caused by factors such as poor ergonomics, lack of exercise, and a sedentary lifestyle.
To begin treating it you need to start practicing good ergonomics. If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, make sure your workstation is set up correctly. For example, Your chair should be at the right height, your keyboard should be positioned correctly, and your monitor should be at eye level. In addition, strengthening your back muscles through exercises like rows and pull-ups can help improve your posture. Stronger back muscles provide better support for the spine, and this can help alleviate the forward head posture. Stretching your chest and neck muscles can also help. Tight chest and neck muscles contribute to a forward head and rounded shoulders posture. Thinking of your posture throughout the day is also critical. Pay attention to your posture while you're sitting, standing, and walking. Try to keep your shoulders back and down, and keep your head aligned with your spine.
Improving your posture is a gradual process that requires ongoing attention and effort to maintain over time. The amount of time it takes to see results will depend on your commitment to make changes, and other factors. With consistent effort, you may start to notice improvements in a few weeks or months. However, it's important to remember that good posture is not just a one-time fix; it requires ongoing attention and effort to maintain over time.
You need to start posture correcting exercises . You can book an online sessiin for further guidelines. or visit any near physiotherapist .
You need to do Exercises that strengthen the muscles of the upper back, neck, and shoulders which can help improve posture and reduce hunching. Examples of exercises rows, lat pull-downs, shoulder blade squeezes, and chin tucks.Stretching exercises: Tight chest muscles can contribute to hunchback posture. Stretching the chest muscles can help to loosen them and improve posture. Examples of exercises include doorway stretches, wall angels, and pec stretches.
you have to change your lifestyle and will set your plan accordingly
it will take months to recover
First if you have any pain due to this posture, being a physio I've to subside by Mulligan technique.
2nd your upper chest muscles become shortened so stretching techniques will be beneficial for you followed by strengthening.
3rd your upper back muscle needs strengthening so that they keep your shoulders in good posture.
and lastly change your lifestyle to maintain a good posture
this type of posture is usually due to poor working positions.. firstly you should go for exercises along with correct working posture.. you can get you postural correction exercises from your physiotherapist..
it varies from person to person.. but almost 1 month.. No need to worry.. you can continue your exercise plan at home after initial guidance from physiotherapist
