Asking For Self, Male 18, Gujranwala
I am a sportsman. For a period of time, I am feeling pain on the edges of my both lower leg bones. No swelling. It only pains when I run but everything is good when I walk. What should I do?
dear sportsman .!
its a matter of no any worry. you should walk in a warm water pond if possible for to manage. if not then put your legs in warm water with a salt of little amount. after 2 wks, u ll feel a better change.
May be your calf muscle is weak or shortened. There is always a possibility of ankle joint hypomobility. You actually need a physical examination first before prescribing any treatment protocol.
Please let me know from which city you belongs so i can refer you to a competent physiotherapist.
