Assalam ou Alikum Doctors.I am 18 years old having weight 52kg. I am suffering from this type of posture problem as shown in picture. I want to get normal posture as other people have. So my questions are: 1. How can I get normal posture? 2. How much time is required to get normal posture after seeing my condition? Please guide . Picture is attached below.

1. u can not apply cussion during sleep
2 . Take good diet and take exercise
3 . u can take Roll towel under the neck during sleep

you can have a good posture by doing regular exercise guided by your physiotherapist even at home. visit a physiotherapist near your residence and have a proper consultation and exercise plan
You must follow normal posture guidelines with normal ergonomic principles for sitting standing and work place ergonomics so that should work on muscular balance.. take appointment and consult with physical therapist in details.

this is upper cross Syndrome..
use shoulder correction belt. u will be fine pic attached for this deformity

Please visit my clinic. You need to follow the Rehablitaiton prog as soon as possible. There are a lot of stuff to do to manage this condition. Don’t delay this otherwise it will cause serious health issue AND MUSKLOSKELETAL DISORDERS

W salam. There is no need to worry. You have habbit to sit in wrong pattern. Try to concentrate on it first. Start from small time. When you are watching tv r working on computers try to sit in erect posture, you have to notice your shoulders at level and no gap between shoulders bone and your chest maintain this for 15 minutes then increase time day by day. There are some exercises which can help you. You can consult me through marham app.

you can get normal posture soon as you may follow some easy steps
Its sway back posture you need to correct your daily habits of using mobile TV and reading . Upper back manual therapy and strengthening exercises plan will be followed to improve the posture.
This condition is called Rounded Back with Forward head posture. You need to consult a physiotherapist as soon as possible with your Xrays.

it will take 1 to 3 months to get complete balance body posture. I will guide you proper exercise plan without any medication. in sha Allah you will see obvious improvements I have dealt many patients with similar problem.

U should work on serratus ant and rhomboids muscle to get best posture.. For homboid muscles just approximate shoulder blades of scapula bone.. And do push-ups..

posture correction is only through exercise for this u take an appointment .

You need to work on your shoulder and upper back.
do upper back stretching and strengthening exercises... manipulation can also be done to solve your problem ... moreover thoracic brace is recommended..
Use thoracic brace. Do upper muscle strengthening and stretching exercises. you might take a week to get back to your normal posture.
Ws, first of all u should do regular excersises for a normal posture. You must manipulate and do strengthening and stretching excersises to normalize your posture. And also use thoracic brace. What are your daily life activities? May be your daily life activities are responsible for this type of posture.
You can get normal posture with muscle stretching and muscle strengthening Excercise and use thoracic brace but not make it habit. Some people make it habit this is not good.
u need to stand with wall, heels should keep in touch with wall behind, shoulder n head should too buttocks too for 20 minutes twice a day....start with it rest of treatment need to be consult ur nearer physiotherapist
