share MRI reports or images, physiotherapy helps many patients , but some cases might not respond. It all depends upon severity of nerve compression and overall heath status.
Asalam u alikum Mam you may consult with any other physiotherapist for re-evaluation for the condition after having accurate diagnosis it will be much easier to treat. If problem presists neurophysician/surgeon can consult you further

Proper and accurate physiotherapy is very important for it with regular follow-ups. sciatica can be 95 % to 100% treated successfully by physiotherapy.
extension exercises are best/ visit my clinic in sha Allah she will recover soon
sciatica is a vast issue.we have to conclude all possible reasons and have to treat with physiotherapy
Sciatica is a manageable biomechanical fault of lumber spine. First need to evaluate the compression level of sciatic nerve and other associated disorders. Kindly spare time for in clinic check up.
no doubt physiotherapy is one of the best for this problem, but if u have tried it and their is no improvement then my opinion is to consult with a good hijama specialist .I have seen it's outcomes in such patient s .that is amazing
come to my clinic for chiropractic treatment.
