Hello, I'm a 17 years old male and my height is 137 cm (4ft 6in). I've always been really short, but I don't think I'm going to grow much taller and I'd like to do something about it as soon as I can. What should I do?

ur age is determined by ur parents height, ur age is not as much that as u r thinking, ur height can be increased by different activities /exercise. upto 23,24 epiphyseal plate closes, so don't be worry... do work, fitness exercises, hanging etc

Apart from balanced diet and healthy sleep schedule you should participate in physical sports. Swimming has been proven to be by far the best activity to increase height.
