Hands movements continue rakhain. Make sure k movement slow and sustained hon. Massage krte hue stroke direction upward rakhain (towards the head). It's a good thing k ap elevated rakh rhain hain hand ko. Recovery takes time after stroke. Just be consistent in your treatment.

Waalaikum Salam you should have to continue the hand movements and elevate the hand as much as you can .
Mostly edema ho jata. Due to reduced mobility, muscle weakness, and dependent position like affected limb may be Hanging down. stroke main hota hai.
sometimes medication zarori hoti. to help reduce the edema.

Aam torr par stroke k bad hand ki movements sab say end pay recover hoti hain. 2 tarah ki movements hoti hain, 1 gross aur aik fine. gross mn sari general movements aajati hain, aur fine movements yani k hand aur fingers ki, they take alot of time. Unki fine movements pay kam krny ki zarurat hai. mazeed kuch aur waqt darkar hoga, magar musalsal physiotherapy ki zarurat ha. it takes time .do work on fine motors skills ..u r doing great .massage ,elevation ,rom techniques are good for him ,include sqeeze ball exercises passively,use thera band ,hand grippers ,ICE technique along with ROM .
Don’t do massage on affected side. It’s usually happens in stroke patients but treat in right way do range of motion gentle and work on gentle stretch. My opinion it’s better, do consult then can be decide what he have actual problem on it..

Stroke patients ko time lagta hai theek honay mein . Apne unki condition mein kaafi improvement dekhi hai, minor movements be ahista ahista wapis ajyengy. keep your hopes high. Physiotherapy continue rakhen or hand movements physiotherapist se pooch k ghr mein khud bhi krwayen.
