Kyphosis can be treated either through surgery or physiotherapy. It's upto you which way you want to go,as well the severity. The difference is physiotherapy is prolong treatment whereas physiotherapy is must after surgery as well.If you go towards physiotherapy directly, there are less chances of complications but if you don't, then there is risk of post surgical complications, if God forbid, not dealth properly, physiotherapy. So,a wiser decision can prevent major problems. At Physiochillax we have covered,Kyphotic,Scoliotic and kyphoscoliotic conditions successfully. If you're based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, can book your appointment. Thanks.

actually I visited a physiotherapist . On first day he just asked me what's the problem and from how much time you are suffering from this problem. And he put a heat belt on my back ( I was feeling heat from that belt). Then he gave me 3 exercises to do on regular basis. And he advised me to come daily for physiotherapy but I was unable to pay his fee so that's why I cannot go to his clinic after once.

if you choose regular plan for a month that will be more progressive but in case economical issues you can get 3 day/week and rewise at home exercises as the physiotherapist guides. Minimal 2.5 k session cost / hr. Durability of wellness again depends on punctuality in exercises.
