Hello, I'm a 17 years old male and my height is 137 cm (4ft 6in). I've always been really short, but I don't think I'm going to grow much taller and I'd like to do something about it as soon as I can. What should I do?

Although height is determined by parents genes but still you can do is hanging.
Hanging is one of the best option. Also drink 2 glass of milk per day.

First of all you still have time of 4 years to get a good height.Secondly avoid junk food and carbonated drinks as it will affect your muscles and bones.Eat healthy like meat,rice,beans,almonds,leafy vegetables,eggs,fruits and take dairy products a lot as they are rich in calcium like cow milk,yogurt,butter.Take CaC(calcium tablets)daily and have one glass of pediasure or ensure daily.Its a matter of diet and physical activity.Engage yourself in sport activities and stretching exercises as it will make you fresh and active and grow your muscles and bones.If any further question for the exercises, you can ask.

Take 3-4 glass of milk, 4-6 boiled eggs , bowl of mix fruits (2 Apples,4 bananas with yogurt and any other fruit you can also add with it. Eat it without putting in any chat masala or sugar).
Take 10-14 glass of water daily.
Start early morning walk for 1 week 30 minutes daily.
Then start jogging for 2-3 weeks 30-40 minutes daily
Then start running for 3 months minimum 1 hour daily.
Must Sleep for 8 hours (not less or more) daily.
Take night sleep only avoid sleep during morning.
Download hight increase exercise apps and follow it strictly for atleast 3 months. That are really really helpful.

Take 5 deep breaths 3 times a day and think positive.
