Face Fat Grafting

i m 23 year old girl ,at the age of 19 i did crash dietung and loose about 10 kg's in a month but i aloso lost my face fat which did'nt came back tht's why i look older than my age i want to do face fat grafting from lahore plz guide me and tell me about the procedure and also is there any sideeffect of this technique????

In fat grafting we take fat from lower abdomen(this area is best)
Prepare it and inject it as microfat and nanofat
Actual problem is take
Take ranges from 30 to 70%
So 2 to 3 sessions may be needed
There are no real side effects
