We are looking for his heel treatment. So he can have heel cushion or pad and put the heal down
And walk like normal child, now he is walking all the time with heel up and on feet toe.
Below is this short history for accident.
Current Amaan age is 10
In the age of 5 he had accident with school bus and bus wheel rub his left leg in front of our home. His left leg skin was badly damage and he lost many tissues and skin of with that hit.(lucky his all bones was perfect condition but he last deep skins. (I don’t know how to describe medically) He admitted 3 months in hospital and In result he had many skin surgeries and skin crafting procedures.

Need to assess the range of movement in the ankle joint because no sift soft tissue reconstruction will restore the movement in the joint if joint has become stiff. If the joint has good movement, only then soft tissue reconstruction of heel can be done.
Your child has developed a heel contracture and has little to no residual fat at the Heel.
He needs to have Release if contracture, TendoAcheles lengthening and fat grafting to the heel to give it cushioning effect so that he can walk normally
it definitely needs a microvascular free flap coverage. it is a major surgery that needs hospitalization for at least 1 week. free flaps are being done all across country in plastic surgery units. which ever major unit is close to you, u should visit and get your son checked in opd. best of luck
