What is present age of Child? For 3 to 6 months, the scar becomes prominent but then settles down . But some time surgery is needed if significant difference.

W.salam. Dear sir, dont waste money on anti scar creams, they dont work on old scars. If the scar is fresh, like a few months old only then these creams work. If the scar is too troublesome then it needs a revision surgery where the scar will be replaced with thin fine line. Hope this answers your query
