Your patient seems to be suffering from a psychotic illness . However final diagnosis can be made only after detailed assessment.
Important is that it needs early treatment as it may result in serious consequences if not given treatment
needs emergency based assessment as he may not pose danger only to himself but to others around him also . so better the treatment started better will be the response .

Salam!I am 20 years old.after doing my fsc I was told to give the mdcat test and go for medical field but it was never my own will to go in medical.I couldn't score good in 1st mdcat then everyone said i have the potential and i can do better next time so again without my own will i gave it another try but again i couldn't score good.I had no other choice as I was said to go in medical so I tried it again this year in the September and i wasn't able to score good again.I got admission in botany and thought that maybe medical isn't my field but since last month I am feeling that I am not satisfied with myself I have been having a lot mood swings and I keep on becoming depressed at any time of the day,I am not able to sleep properly and I am having palpitations after the mdcat,in start I thought they are temporary but I am not getting well.i am not a very social person so I can't share it with any person of my family.I just am a lot stressed so I am asking help.

im confuse about consult to which Dr. he should be psychiatric or physiologist, don't know my matter can be only resolved by therapy /meditation and consultancy or need medication too. I have lost behavioral control, Anger management really need, frustration is on the stage of panic even try to attempt suicide many time in the condition of frustration. Kindly suggest.
