I can understand you are In distress right now but if you are taking medication for long time and you feel no Betterment in your symptoms please ask your doctor to change your medication and please along with medication start talk therapy as well with some good psychologist

Are you consulting a psychologist as well? anxiety is treated through a combination of medications and therapy..
medications alone will only help in relieving symptoms not eliminating the problem completely. you need cognitive behaviour therapy for that
