Talk to Psychiatry on ADHD Struggles But Can't Find Pakistani Psych To Diagnose It

Did alot of research and I couldn't find any pakistani psychiatrists who believed adhd exists in adults. Even got an online session without satisfactory results. Got discouraged about seeking a diagnosis for while. But I recently saw someone mention that you diagnosed their adhd. Can this work with an online session?

Yes adult ADHD exists but it's management is a little different than children. And adult ADHD is mostly associated with other conditions as well. like anxiety and OCD. those need to be addressed too.
