kindly send my question only to psychiatrist not to homeo dr psychologist. i have mild depression and it interferes in my life career i had removed my gallbladder almost two months ago prior to surgery my stomach was wonderful but i got motion acidity after surgery now i cannot take antidepressant because it raises bp plus heartbeat i suppose it is due to gas that these antidepressants causes tried aripiprazole 2mg lamictal 50mg one by one i took aripiprazole 2mg within 30 minutes my bp got high both are good for my depression but they raised bp heartbeat any medicine for my depression that donot upset stomach i got severe acidity on lamictal.. kindly guide just write name of antidepressant and dose i heard citalopram is good for this issue.

a proper assessment is required before prescribing any drug. none of the drugs you mentioned are antidepressants. kindly don't start citalopram without consulting a psychiatrist as it can worsen your condition if your diagnosis is not depression. Kindly either visit a psychiatrist in person or go for a video consultation. there are many drugs that do not upset the stomach and improve mood symptoms too

Lamectal is mood stabalizer. Better to change to antidepressants like you mentioned citalopram is a good option but counsult properly to psychiatrist for detail assessment either online or physical visit both are good options
