Mujhe feb se anxiety aur panic attack hote hai phele mein samjha yeh koi bimari hai saray test karwaye echo wagera sab alhamdulilah theek hai phir doctor se pata laga mujhe anxiety aur panic attack hote hai ab mein indreal aur citanew tablet leta ho magar kabih kabih mere heart beat taiz hojati hai sar mein dard b hota hai aur blood pressure high hojata hai phir thek hojata hai magar mein bohot distrub hojata ho yeh kab sahi hoga mein bohot pareshan rehne laga ho
