Assalamualaikum! am having anxiety issues, low confidence from a very long time. i don't know why. like if i have to give presentation in class, or have to talk with strangers or even if i have to go somewhere to do something important like for documentation attestation etc i feel tooo much anxious. Properly breath ni hoti, sans phul jata ha, stomach ma ajeeb c feeling hoti ha. and bolte waqt b fumble hota like alfaz mun ma phas jate, haklane lag jata. Am tired of all this. I keep reminding myself k itna bara issue ni, you can do it. but still anxiety hoti bht
