few of your features need non pharmacological treatment and as far as treatment response is concern biggest mistake done by most of our people is that they never do regular followups once medication is started, bcz Ur psychiatrist need to know how medicine is working. we have 3 approaches when to change drugs, when to increase dose and when to add medicine. so visit Ur psychiatrist let him or her know about Ur status. only consult certified psychiatrist.
