Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety,

Dear Sir, Since many days, I went sleepless for having stomach disturbances which resulted in having increase in sugar being already effected with it. However on the recommendation of doctor, I use 20mg Getreyal before having meals. Remaining many days sleepless, I used Alp which did prove beneficial in getting sleep then went for an other tablet Retrovil 0.5 and Estar. 0.5 both proved useless. In that period of ups downs, I advised for having walk barefoot on grassy piece of land. I have been feeling warm touch in left side of feet since then and having strange feelings of anxiety. Rizk proves better to reduce headache. However, I feel myself trapped in quagmire of strange thought like fear of death or any accident to happen. Kindly go through my post attentively and guide me to relax my mind, heart to fully concentrate on present situations without any mental ups and downs. Thanks and Kind regards.
