Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety

For everyone not every therapist works for them. Maybe that was the case with yours. A lot of will power is also needed. Medicines help but I believe their role is limited. Personal coping skills matter the most. You need proper CBT sessions for that. One tip I can give for your interview is please do not imagine the worst case scenario for the outcome of your interview. Be positive and believe in yourself and your potential. Try to stay relaxed and indulge in breathing exercises and go for a walk whenever you feel stressed.

Anxiety is really common and normal. rest assured you are not alone.
i suggest you have a detailed session (you can contact me) and we can work on why you have this anxiety. i believe that more that medication... alot of issues stem from core incorrect beliefs in one self. cognitive behavioural therapy will benefit you inshAllah.

Khud pr trust rkhen! agar Allah Pak apko yha tk laaye hen toh aagy bhi lekr jayenge... Allah ki zaat pr yaqeen rkhen or bs Usi se madad maangen..
Im surprised k apko therapy se farq q ni para.. may be the person wasn't so competent.. But to overcome this issue u first have to trust urself, seek therapies and then step forward and u will succeed in Sha Allah..
