I think at this point,having low and suicidal ideation.It is likely you need medication.It is dangerously bad to take medication being prescribed for your friends and family.Seek help if available nearby.It is treatable but it need help from your local hospital or psychiatrist.Good luck

basically my depression illness is 3 year old first time i goes into this state i got medicine treatment from MH FCMH well known physchologist then after 2-3 month i quit medicine and i tried to heal naturely but after 4-5 month i goes inti that state and again take medicine but again quit after 2 month now i am again into this state and i am hopeless that i am not getting good and now i chnaged my doctor and new doctor saided you have to take medicine for 1 year now i will take medicine but i need natural ways to heal faster as i have lac of self motivation, hopelessness and sucidal thougts.
