hello i have anxiety from my childhood first it was just a feeling that i cannot breath properly when i was a kid i afraid at nights and 3 4 ago my heart start palpitation but that was not that worse 1 year ago my room mate father died from heart attack and after that i got my first panic attack i thought i will die difficulty in breathing my heart rate were 160 and my bp were 180/130 then i start some medicine and after two months i was fine but it come again and again i feel dizzy all day and feel very bad like i will die 14 days ago. i talk to physctrist from marham he prescribe me prozac and quitin but i did not take quitin i am only taking prozac 20mg but my panic attack get worse my echo and ecg and thyroid test is normal i don,t know how to feel good i am very tired of this i have gone to hospital 20 times but i am not feeling good
