I have been suffering from depression for 7 years now . I feel lost sometimes , severe burden on brain, unable to speak when I am things on my head, I cry so much when thoughts occupy my head , I feel severe headache and I can’t stop crying. I feel disconnected from people. I sometimes talk to myself . I am happy half of time and go into this deep thoughts sometimes. I get impulsive and angry easily.
