Slaam. I need advice on anxiety. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and have panic attacks. Can you advise me on supplements and natural remedies I can take. I took anxiety medication once and it made my body all numb and felt confused. Plz help thx

Thank you for your question.I think best advise in this case would be to see a GP that you are struggling to cope with anxiety,fear or panic.Ask for an urgent GP appointment or call 111(if you need help urgently but it is not an emergency).There are various reasons that could lead to anxiety,like new to Uk,no support available,work related issues,family-relationship difficulties,financial issues or difficult past experience.There are a lot of voluntary organisations working in each county so just goggle and contact them.”Aware”,”good to Talk”,Sumartin”are a few of them.Hope you will be sorted soon
