I hav anxiety issue.i am taking paraxyl CR 12.5mg, zylex 75 mg half in the morning and ALP 0.25 mg full at night and half in the almost 2+ months tht i am taking these medicine.i cannot visit to the doctor due to lockdown.i want to know tht when should i take these medicines and how long should i take these in advance....
