You have Generalised anxiety disorder, its a treatable disorder, you should consult a psychiatrist if not before, few blood tests required initially to rule out any medical cause, if no medical issue found then you will be put on medication for 6-9 months by psychiatrist, meanwhile after some time when your symptoms f anxiety improve you will be helped with CBT and other talking therapies. The medication is not addictive and you will think and behave as a normal person afterwards.
