sir m try fluoxetine capsule 20 to 40mg per day 10 months use or Zoloft 50 my 3 months use.

Try psychotherapy after proper assessment.thats what i can advise.u need to have assessment of ur symptoms and then make proper diagnosis and treatment.sometimes medicine alone is not the solution.
