please tell me can a bipolar disorder patient uses medicine like Qusel 25mg, Login 100mg and Lexotanil 3 mg during pregnancy?

login is compartively better in pregancy than other mood stablizer.
qusel is mood stablizing antipsychotic it can be continued.

Thanks so much. Last time she was pregnant and she used to take medicine as I mentioned above she had to abortion due to some problems. Now in future if she wants to get pregnant than can she take medicine except lexotanil ? Please guide

If she is planning pregnancy i suggest to adjust her dose before pregnancy and few supplement should be added.

Dear fellow, lexotanil consumption is not recommended in pregnancy,,, but lojin in 100mg dose is both effective and recommended considering the risk of relapse of both mania and depression in pregnancy. Moreover low dose of quesel 25mg can be given along with quesel. Timely assessment of patient at regular intervals is necessary.
