He is in maniac condition right now, very over active and behaving odd from last 5 days. And unable to sleep from 2 days even after taking 2 sleeping pills. The consultant psychiatrist is unavailable. Currently used medicines are epival, and qusel.

Recommended for online consultation (if consultant Psychiatrist not available) for better diagnosis and treatment in view of severity of illness and response to previous treatment. Continue following medications till consultation; 1). Tab. Risperidone 3mg 1/2—1/2 daily for 2 days then 1—1 daily continue. 2). Tab. Kempro 5mg 1/2—1 daily continue. 3). Tab. Eipival 500mg 1—1 daily continue 4). Tab. Qusel 100mg 1/2–1 daily continue. 5). Tab. Folic acid one daily at night continue 6). Tab. Vonnp 10mg one at night continue. Take all medications after food. Strict rest at home. Avoid out door activities. Use plenty of fluid. Recommended in-patient care (admit in public/private hospital) if problematic or not responsive well.

there is room to increase dose of both medications but it will be unsafe to give specific instructions without proper consultation ,u can seek GP advice in specialist absence
