my issue is that l've been taking depression medication for past five years,but l haven't seen any improvement .even after visiting the doctor a few days ago,l didn't feel any difference because my mind is numb empty.for the past few months ,my mind has been numb.lntially,when it first started happening ,l was aware of it .but now,for the past few months ,l'am not even aware if my mind is numb or not.l am not aware of my symptoms , l am not understand what's happening around me.even if l,m present somewhere ,l won't know what's going on.l,m unclear about my actions and task's .l have no sense of what l,m doing.

A few days ago,l changed my doctor and got a checkup from another doctor.he took some of my medical reports however,but he hasn't given me the medicines,yet although l have the reports.he said he will review my report after a few days and prescribe medicine accordingly.can you review my report and tell me if everything is okay or not?
